Do you have a high street retail store?
We are an online business, therefore please place your order via our website. You can also keep a look-out on our Social Media channels for details of any pop-up markets or special events we will attending.
What are my delivery options?
Orders are despatched next working day (Monday to Friday) from receipt of order.
What is your Returns / Refund Policy?
Should you wish to return an item, you can do so within 14 days from date of purchase. To qualify for a refund please ensure the item is unopened / unused and returned in it's original packaging. If you have purchased a bamboo toothbrush, these are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons. The purchaser remains responsible for postage costs. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Do you Ship Internationally?
We offer a 5-7 working day delivery service to Europe, tracked and signed for.
What Packaging do you use?
All our packaging is plastic-free, made from recycled materials and can be recycled. The packaging tape we use is also made from paper, and is recyclable, biodegrable and compostable.
Are all your Products Vegan?
All our toilletries are Vegan, and they are clearly marked as Vegan in the product description.
What is the Shelf-life of your products?
As many of the toiletry products we stock are made from natural ingredients, they are best used within 12 months of opening or by the date on the packaging (if shown).
We will only contact you for Marketing purposes should you Subscribe to our Mailing list. You can choose to unsubscribe at any time. We will not hold your data for any other purposes, other than to provide an update on the status of your order.
What if my delivery arrives damaged?
If any of your products are damaged in transit, all breakages must be reported to us (with photographs) within 24 hours of your delivery arriving.
Can I collect my order?
Collection service is temporarily unavailable until further notice, apologies for any inconvenience caused. Thank you.
Do you accept recycling on behalf of TerraCycle?
We no longer accept recycling on behalf of TerraCycle UK. Thank you for supporting us with our drop-off location throughout 2019.
What are your opening hours?
We are an online business so office hours vary.
