At OceanClear we support all new and innovative ways to divert unrecyclable waste from landfill, which is why... we are super excited to be a registered collection point for inflatables on behalf of Wyatt and Jack.
Do you have any old or broken inflatables that can't be repaired and that you need to dispose of? Perhaps you've got a punctured paddling pool you've been meaning to take the the tip?
Every year beach goers throw out countless broken inflatables and water toys, but now you can save them from landfill and send them to us instead!
Wyatt and Jack have scoured the UK salvaging vintage deckchair canvas, broken bouncy castles, waste from the textile industry and deflated inflatables destined for landfill since 2010. So far, they have diverted almost 30 tonnes of [mainly plastic] waste that would otherwise have been discarded, and turned it in to bags instead! #frombeachtobag
ALSO... did you know you can now buy a selection of their recycled bouncy castle bags from our OceanClear online store in Clitheroe? Just visit the Bags section on our website to view the range. #wearemadebythesea
